Why Rimla Developers exists
Rimla Developers is a web development studio working with businesses across Saudi Arabia. We started because of a pattern we kept running into: a business owner had paid real money for a website, and it was doing nothing for them. It looked acceptable, it loaded slowly, it did not appear on Google for anything anyone searched, and nobody could edit it without calling the person who built it.
Usually that was not incompetence. It was a mismatch of expectations. The client thought they were buying customers; the agency thought it was selling a design. Nobody had discussed keywords, page speed, or what a visitor should do when they arrive. So the site got signed off on the basis of how it looked, and then quietly failed at the only job that mattered.
We work the other way round. Before design, we agree what the site is supposed to achieve — calls, bookings, orders, or quote requests — and how we will know whether it is working. Then we build the lightest, fastest thing that achieves it, structured so Google can read it and your team can maintain it.
That is also why our prices are published rather than quoted behind closed doors. Business owners deserve to know what a website costs before they sit through a sales call, and a published price is a commitment we have to keep.

How we build — and what we refuse to do
Hand-built WordPress, not page-builder bloat
We build on WordPress because it is the most widely supported content system in the world and it will still be there in five years. But we build with clean templates and minimal plugins rather than a heavy visual builder, which typically loads several hundred kilobytes of CSS and JavaScript before your first sentence appears on screen.
Speed measured, not claimed
Every site is tested with PageSpeed Insights and on a real phone on mobile data before launch. Images are compressed and served in modern formats, scripts are deferred, and caching is configured. We will show you the numbers rather than tell you it feels fast.
SEO during the build, not after
Page structure, headings, internal links, titles, meta descriptions, schema markup and a sitemap are all part of the build. Retrofitting SEO onto a finished site means restructuring it, which costs you a second time for something that should have been there from the start.
Things we will not do
We will not promise you a number one ranking — nobody can, and anyone who does is guessing. We will not hold your domain, hosting or files hostage. We will not sell you an app when a website will do, or a store when your customers order on WhatsApp. And if we think your budget is better spent somewhere other than a website, we will say so, even though that costs us the project.
